James Heddo concludes four-year tenure; recruitment process underway
HAWKESBURY, NSW — Hawkesbury Race Club today announced that Chief Executive Officer James Heddo will depart the Club on Friday, 17 July 2026, following a four-year tenure in the role. Mr Heddo has elected to semi-retire and will relocate to the Central Coast, where he has accepted a part-time position as General Manager of Central Coast Basketball.
Mr Heddo joined Hawkesbury Race Club on 1 April 2022 and has overseen a period of significant operational, financial, and governance improvement at the Club.
Administrator Jo Moore paid tribute to his contribution.

A formal recruitment process for a new Chief Executive Officer is now underway. Further details will be provided to members and stakeholders once an appointment has been made.
