HRC Food Policy
Hawkesbury Race Club does not allow food or beverages to be brought into the Racecourse. HRC is a licensed venue and operates food and beverage outlets on course.

The venue reserves the right to check all bags upon entry & exit.
Complimentary water stations are located on-course.
​
Food required for dietary or health purposes is allowed in sealed containers for individual consumption with written consent from a health professional.

Owners' Information
Owners plus one guest are given complimentary access to a range of viewing areas and facilities on course. Owners involved with winning horses on the day are invited to celebrate with us in the Winners Bar.

Ticket collection is in the Australian Thoroughbred Breeders Club room which is located to the left of the turnstiles at the front gate.
No need to pre-register, you will receive your tickets at the gate!
There will be an on-course owners lounge with complimentary refreshments for you to enjoy while cheering on your horse!
