Membership Inclusions
An official membership card that includes entry on course for all 25 race meetings held in the financial year
Members receive access to our HRC Members Bar and option to reserve tables in the Clarendon Brasserie
Members car parking. Please display your current members card to security upon entry
Members receive exclusive vouchers including free racebooks, beverages, meals and guest tickets
Members Luncheon
All HRC Members receive a free main meal lunch and beverage to be used on a raceday at your leisure.

AGM invitation with voting rights and complimentary refreshments
Complimentary Guest Pass
Complimentary entry and members tickets are available for two of your guests each standard midweek race meeting upon request.
Members guest pass - $25 per ticket.

Feature day members guest pass cost - $65 per ticket.
Members Lounge
Limited tables are available for reservation in members lounge situated in the Gold Cup Members Bar located on Level 2 of the Grandstand. Fees apply, subject to availability:

Feature Meetings - $180 per table (Hawkesbury Cup Day and Ladies Day)
Reciprocal Membership Privileges
HRC members receive Reciprocal Membership Privileges with NSW Provincial Clubs, selected NSW Country Clubs and selected Interstate Clubs. Please see the attached list of reciprocal clubs.
Please note, a replacement fee of $10 applies for lost, damaged or stolen cards
