STEP INTO STYLE - Fashions On The Field Competition at Lander Toyota Ladies Day

Get ready, fashionistas! The highly anticipated Fashions on the Field Competition returns to the Hawkesbury Race Club on Thursday 7 November, as part of the 2024 Lander Toyota Ladies Day festivities.

This year, it’s back and bigger than ever, with an array of incredible prizes and all eyes turning to the main stage for a spectacular showcase of style, elegance and sophistication.

Whether you’re a regular race day style icon or joining us for the first time, Ladies Day offers the perfect chance to celebrate fashion at its finest.

Enjoy your moment on stage and show off your ensemble as our esteemed judges select the most stylish attendees in each category. The categories for this year's competition include:

• Best Dressed Lady – Winner & Runner Up

• Best Millinery – Winner

For the winners, we’ve curated an exciting lineup of prizes!

The Best Dressed Lady will be walking away with an unforgettable, all-expenses-paid two night trip to De Bortoli’s Rutherglen Estate & Winery, valued at over $2,000 – the perfect getaway for the ultimate wine and luxury experience.

This year, we are thrilled to welcome Marla Carmeta as our special guest judge. Known for her flair in high-end millinery, Marla will also be awarding the Best Millinery winner a $200 voucher to Marla Carmeta Millinery – perfect for enhancing your collection with a custom design.

Our Best Dressed Local Lady Winner will win a table of 10 guests premium hospitality to one of our weekend Christmas Racedays, along with an array of supplemental prizes.

We extend our thanks also to LV Style for their contribution, with the three lucky winners taking home a $50 voucher to the local boutique. LV Style will also host a Beauty Bar on the day for raceday patrons to receive free makeup and hair touch ups to ensure they continue looking stunning throughout the day!

How to Enter Fashions on the Field:

1. Register: Sign up at the Fashion Chute on-course between 11:30am and 1:30pm.

2. Assemble by the Main Stage: Head to the Main Stage on the Trackside Lawn at 1.35pm.

3. Get Ready to Shine: Judging begins at 1.40pm, so be ready to dazzle our judges with your fabulous ensemble!

The excitement and elegance of the day will peak as our stunning participants take to the stage. So, grab your best outfit, top it off with some fabulous millinery, and prepare to enjoy a day filled with fashion, prizes, and unforgettable race day memories.
