The promoter is Hawkesbury Race Club.
Promotion Period
The competition closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday, 2 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open to persons aged 18 years and over who purchase an eligible paid ticket online to Bundaberg Rum Country Music Raceday at Hawkesbury Race Club on Saturday, 5 September 2026.
Employees of Hawkesbury Race Club and persons directly involved in conducting or determining the winners of the competition are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry for each paid ticket purchased online via https://www.123tix.com.au/events/52273/country-music-raceday-saturday-5-september-2026 for Bundaberg Rum Country Music Raceday 2026.
Customers who purchased eligible paid tickets online prior to the competition being announced will also automatically be included in the draw.
No separate entry form is required.
Complimentary tickets, membership admission, promotional passes and any other form of free racecourse entry are not eligible for entry into the competition.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Prize Draw & Winner Notification
Two winners will be selected at random following the close of the competition. The first eligible entry drawn will receive First Prize and the second eligible entry drawn will receive Second Prize.
Winners will be contacted using the contact details supplied with their online ticket purchase. Hawkesbury Race Club will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner.
Meet & Greet
The First Prize Meet & Greet with Robbie Mortimer will take place during Bundaberg Rum Country Music Raceday at Hawkesbury Race Club on Saturday, 5 September 2026.
The winner must be present at the event and available at the designated Meet & Greet time advised by Hawkesbury Race Club.
The timing and format of the Meet & Greet may be subject to change due to artist, racing or event requirements.
The Wilde Gypsy Custom Cowboy Hats
The custom cowboy hat prizes are supplied by The Wilde Gypsy and are subject to the supplier's availability, sizing, fitting and redemption requirements and must be redeemed at Hawkesbury Race Club on Saturday, 5 September 2026.
Bundaberg Rum Prize Packs
The Bundaberg Rum prize packs contain alcohol and will only be awarded to persons aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be required.
Bundaberg Rum prize packs will not be available for collection on raceday. Collection must be pre-arranged with Hawkesbury Race Club for another agreed date.
Alcohol will not be supplied to any person under 18 years of age.
Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the timeframe advised by Hawkesbury Race Club, despite reasonable attempts to contact them, Hawkesbury Race Club reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
General Conditions
Hawkesbury Race Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Prizes are subject to availability and will not be substituted, replaced or exchanged for another prize or cash.
If Bundaberg Rum Country Music Raceday on Saturday, 5 September 2026 is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, any prize or component of a prize that cannot be fulfilled as a result will be forfeited and will not be substituted, replaced or exchanged for cash or another prize.
By accepting a prize, winners acknowledge that photographs and/or video footage may be taken of them in connection with the competition, prize presentation and Meet & Greet. Winners consent to Hawkesbury Race Club using their name, image, likeness and any photographs or video footage captured for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including on Hawkesbury Race Club's website, social media channels, email marketing and other promotional materials, without additional compensation.
