Hawkesbury Race Club invites you to attend our first Wine Dinner. The evening will showcase wines from the Finnisterre and Craigmoor ranges of Robert Oatley, hosted by Chief Winemaker Rob Merrick.
Enjoy a 6-course degustation menu that is matched perfectly with six wines.

Oysters with eschalot, sherry vinegar and salmon caviar.
Wine: Finisterre Riesling
Rainbow trout with gremolata and a citrus beurre blanc.
Wine: Finisterre Chardonnay
Stuffed quail with wild rice, macerated fruit and pine nuts. Drizzled with pomegranate molasses.
Wine: Finisterre Pinot Noir
Poached lamb cutlet and slow cooked lamb riblets with cumberland sauce.
Wine: Finisterre Cabernet Sauvignon
Chocolate hazelnut bar, quenelle of white chocolate mousse, chocolate soil and Tia Maria syrup.
