CORPORATE RACEDAY SPONSORSHIP
FROM $19,250 plus gst (This includes the first eighty guests.)
The package includes the following;
* All lead up media releases prior to the event including radio 2ky and the local paper.
* Company logo on the front cover of the racebook and table signs in the Corporate Function Centre
* Naming Rights of all races on the day. We programme 8 races but we may end up with 7 or possibly 9.
* All races are called live on 2KY Racing Radio
* Race Telecast live on Sky Channel Nation Wide, New Zealand, Asia, parts of America and Pay TV.
* One full page advertisement in the race book for each race sponsor
* Each race sponsor will have a sign made and displayed at the winning post (at Race Club’s expense)
* A representative after each race will have their photo taken sashing the winner of the race and taken to the Winners Bar for drinks, photo's of all races will be sent to you.
* Eight tables – Eighty guests (80) in the Corporate Function Centre, extra tickets are available @$99.each.
* Admission onto racecourse and race books for all your guests
* Platters of Antipasto or Hors D' Oeuvres will be served on arrival followed by an excellent buffet of hot and cold dishes, fresh tiger prawns, Shucked Sydney rock oysters, glazed leg ham, chicken ragout, fillet of beef or pan seared reef fish, fresh salads and an array of seasonal fruits, continental cheese platter, continental tortes, pies and pastries, coffee, Tea and after dinner mints.
* Refreshments include Tooheys draught beers, selected bottled Yalumba red & white wines, Champagne and soft drinks will be available from 12 noon to the running of the last Hawkesbury Race.
Spirits and packaged products are not included in package but may be purchased at the bar.  
Optional Extra: Trophies, increased prizemoney and a satin horse rug for a feature race presentation.
A selection of alternate menus and wines for your function. Extra staff for table service etc.
This Corporate Function Centre holds up to 400 guests. Should you decide to privately book out this centre, a minimum of 300 guests will need to be guaranteed.
You may organise a compare to help run the day, hold an auction and sell raffle tickets in this room. |
