Race Sponsorship

Quite often a race or two or even an entire race day becomes available and we are able to offer these races to organisations wishing to raise funds for a non for profit organisation at a reduced rate, such as sports clubs, schools or even one of the many charities already operating.

How can we make money?

HRC would charge you $2,750 plus gst per race, you sell this race which includes one table of ten guests for at least $3,500 up to $5,500 plus gst. HRC will charge $90 plus gst for each ticket over the first 10, you could sell each ticket for $110 to $150 plus gst making a profit of $20 to $60 for every extra ticket sold

Non for Profit Organisations - $2,750 plus gst.

Entertaining Packages

During the year on many of the racedays there is an opportunity to purchase tables in the corporate function centre or for more of a private setting the Bruce Brown Private Room also for a reduced rate.
A minimum booking of fifty guests is required for both areas.
Should you take the Bruce Brown Private Room, you may sell raffle tickets, run a silent and live auction, have a compare to help run your fundraising event.
