in the entertainment function centre on racedays.

Minimum booking is 8 guests - Maximum is 280 guests.
Private Booking requires a minimum booking of 150 guests.
The Entertainers Package includes the following:
¨ Admission of all guests onto racecourse
¨Access to members grandstands
¨ Reserved seating for your guests from 12 noon
¨ Race books for all your guests
¨Platters of antipasto or Hors D' Oeuvres available on arrival followed by an excellent hot and cold buffet including fresh tiger prawns, Shucked Sydney rock oysters, glazed leg ham, choice of fillet of beef, spiced chicken ragout and pan seared reef fish, chef's vegetarian dish, freshly made salads, seasonal fruits, continental tortes, pies and pastries, a continental cheese platter, coffee, tea & mints.
¨ Refreshments, including Tooheys draught beers, selected bottled Yalumba red and white wines, champagne and soft drinks will be available from 12noon to the running of the last Hawkesbury Race.
¨ Spirits and packaged beverages may be purchased from the bar.
