Minimum booking is one table for ten
The Entertainers Package includes the following:
¨ Admission of all guests onto racecourse
¨Access to members grandstands
¨ Reserved seating for your guests from 12 noon in the corporate funtion centre
¨ Race books for all your guests
¨ Hors D’oeuvres on arrival followed by an excellent hot and cold buffet including fresh ocean prawns, rock oysters, glazed leg ham, chefs selection of dishes, fresh salads complimented with a full desert buffet of tortes, pastries, seasonal fruit platters and continental cheeses..
¨ Refreshments, including Tooheys draught beers, selected bottled Yalumba red and white wines, champagne and soft drinks will be available from 12noon to the running of the last Hawkesbury Race.
¨ Spirits and packaged beverages may be purchased from the bar. The Corporate Function Centre also provides your guests with;
