Location of Racecourse: Hawkesbury Racecourse is 65km west of the Sydney CBD, between Richmond and Windsor. Directly opposite the Racecourse is the Richmond Air Force Base. If you are driving from the city, take the Harbour tunnel and then the M2 freeway which connects to the M7. Disembark the M7 at the Richmond turn off and follow the signs to Windsor. Stay on Richmond Road and continue to the intersection of Racecourse Road in which you turn right, this will take you right to the entrance of the Race Course, which is located just prior to the level crossing at Clarendon Railway Station.
