Membership Information

2018-2019 - Joining Cost is $132, then $66 renewal every year after.

Membership includes entry oncourse for all 25 race meetings held in the financial year.
Members car parking.
Members main meals in the Clarendon Brasserie charged at $15 by displaying their current members badge.
Members Luncheons are approved by the Directors of Hawkesbury Race Club and each member will be invited to attend a member’s race day in the Ted McCabe at no charge and a reduced rate for their accompanied guests. The members luncheon includes a full three course buffet and selected beverages.
AGM invitation with voting rights and a two course buffet meal.
Eight tables for reservation in members lounge situated in the Gold Cup Members Bar located on the second floor of the WB Walker Grandstand $66 per table (6 guests on a table) with exception to the following dates:

Complimentary entrance and members tickets are available for two of your guests each race meeting, with the exception of:
